We measure our success by the experience you have with us. We provide free initial training to help you set up your site(s) and then ongoing unlimited phone and email technical support (8am-8pm US Eastern Time on business days) for your site administrators, as well as any of your users who have difficulty accessing iCohere. We also provide advanced training and consulting on strategies for engaging your community in online collaborative efforts.

Administration & Configuration
Easy-to-use templates for configurating iCohere allow administrators to effectively manage their sites.
- Activity Reports
Activity reports provide details about the login activity and participation of individual members.
You can customize these reports to track login activity, time spent on the site, member activity by feature, the number of posts per member in each discussion topic and the number of uploads and downloads by member.
- Security Levels
You can customize the security for your site by defining how members are added and by setting login IDs, password formats, and other security options.
- Group-based Security
You can make site content available to all users or restrict it to selected groups of users. Creating groups and assigning members to these groups enables members to interact based on shared interests and expertise.
- Management Rights
Administrators can assign various management rights to members including: site management, content management and group and member management.
- Site Branding
Administrators can brand their sites by incorporating logos, applying a range of color palettes and creating custom labels for each module.
- Unified Login
For a nominal one-time fee, we can integrate iCohere's login with your existing members-only web site. This enables users to securely access your iCohere site with a single click once they are logged into your site.
- Data Integration
You can import and export user data from iCohere. You can also integrate your organization's AMS or other database system with iCohere.
- Membership Profiles
Each member has a personal profile. Site administrators can preset and customize fields to define information displayed in a profile. All fields can be made public or private.
- Multi-Language User Interface
Administrators can enable multiple languages for a site, allowing members to view all labels in their preferred language. iCohere currently supports English, French, Spanish, German, and Portuguese. Members can select a language when logging in and can change their language preference at any time.
